President’s Hall Atrium

The President’s Hall Atrium, located just inside the main entrance of the museum, is an elegant, open sky-lit space featuring the historic brick rear facade of Davidge Hall as an iconic backdrop to your event. The President’s Hall atrium is NMD’s largest event space and can seat up to 110 guests (dinner-style seating) and 120 guests (theater-style seating).

Errol Reese Conference Room

The Errol Reese Conference Room is named for the former Dean of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and President of University of Maryland, Baltimore that was integral in the establishment of the museum and securing its location on the campus of the world’s first dental college. The Errol Reese Conference Room showcases historic objects from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery teaching collection, and a 10 seat conference table to provide the perfect setting for board meetings and other personal gatherings. Additional non-matching chairs can be provided to accommodate up to 16 individuals.

Saccente Gallery Meeting Room

The Saccente Gallery Meeting Room features a round-table that seats up to 6 surrounded by works of art from the NMD collection and a look into the University of Maryland School of Dentistry clinic at the turn of the 20th century.
